It is blessed by His Excellence Philipe Rukamba (Bishop of Butare Diocese and President of the Episcopal Conference of Rwanda) in the presence of Mr. Vittorio Viccardi, President of World Family of Radio Maria and Fr. Peter Meyer (Germany) and Fr. Z. Pawłowski, SAC rector of the Sanctuary (Kibeho). Radio Maria should broadcast the live streams and spread information from Kibeho to the entire world.
